                Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure

We at The Lotasa Corporation are dedicated to making your transition to the new
millenium as trouble-free as possible. Fortunately, most project infrastructure
products do not use time and dates at all or do not use them in critical
calculations which would cause operational problems. In the few instances in
which dates are used and could cause a problem, we will make a software or
firmware release available which will make the product or system Year 2000
Ready.

This site provides information on all products for which we have completed
testing. Specific product information is provided and classified as "Year 2000
Ready", "Year 2000 Capable" or "Not Tested." " If Year 2000 Readiness is
dependent on a specific software or firmware release, that information is
noted. "Year 2000 Ready" means that the product will function correctly
moving from the year 1999 into and through the year 2000, when used in
accordance with the product documentation supplied by The Lotasa,
provided that all products used in combination with such product properly
exchange date information. "Year 2000 Capable" means that operational
problems will not be caused when moving from the year 1999 into the year
2000. In most cases, the correct date will have to be set manually, after that,
the date will be correct going forward. "Not Tested" means the product has
been obsoleted and will not be tested.

An important step that you can take is to ensure that your computer
hardware, which supports the software, is Year 2000 Ready.
Our customers use a variety of computers and we cannot certify that each of
them is Year 2000 Ready. All major computer manufacturers and operating
system suppliers have statements on World Wide Web related to the year
2000 readiness of their products. We recommend that you access the
appropriate site(s) for information related to the particular computer and/or
operating system which you are using.

We provide this information for the sole purpose of assisting our
customers in their planning for the transition to the year 2000. The information
provided herein applies only to the IT products as delivered and
does not apply to user customization features or third party products or
add-ons. This statement does not constitute a warranty nor does it extend the
terms of any existing warranty. The warranties provided for the Lotasa project
products, if any, are stated in the terms and conditions of sale under which
